1 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter
1 Lundberg Family Farms cinnamon toast organic or brown rice cake
2 vanilla wafer cookies
1 banana
1 dark chocolate chip
1 Bear apple-pear raspberry fruit roll
Directions

1 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter 

1 Lundberg Family Farms cinnamon toast organic or brown rice cake 

2 vanilla wafer cookies 

1 banana  

1 dark chocolate chip 

1 Bear apple-pear raspberry fruit roll 

  1. Spread sunflower seed butter evenly over rice cake. 
  2. Place vanilla wafer cookies near the top of rice cake. Add 1 banana slice on top of each cookie to make the ears. Add 2 blueberries to make the eyes. Place 1 banana slice in the center of the rice cake and top with chocolate chip to make the nose. Cut fruit roll into small (1- to 2-inch) strips and arrange below the banana to form a smiling mouth. 
  3. Store remaining banana in fridge for another use. Serve immediately.
