




1 lb. lean ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 Tbsp. panko bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme Korean BBQ sauce
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh Thyme olive oil spray
4 whole grain wheat hamburger bun
Sriracha mayonnaise, optional
Toppings: Kimchi, baby arugula, sliced cucumber, and carrot ribbons
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped green onion, bread crumbs, Korean BBQ sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Shape the mixture into four burger patties. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Spray patties generously with garlic olive oil spray.
- Prepare charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat.
- Grill burgers for 12 minutes, turning once, or until burgers reach 165ºF when tested with a meat thermometer.
- Place buns, cut sides down, onto grill over medium heat for about 1 minute or until toasted.
- Spread cut sides of hamburger buns with mayonnaise, if desired.
- Place patties on buns. Top burgers with kimchi, arugula, cucumber, and carrots.
