2 Tbsp. packed Fresh Thyme light brown sugar
½ tsp. Fresh Thyme organic ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cardamom
Fresh Thyme avocado cooking oil spray

- Halve peaches; remove pits. Slice into ¾-inch-thick wedges; set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom. Toss peaches in sugar mixture; set aside.
- Preheat an 8-qt. air fryer to 375°F.
- Line the bottom of the basket with parchment paper. Spray with cooking oil spray. Place peaches in a single layer on the parchment.
- Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until peaches are tender and lightly caramelized, turning over halfway through.
- Serve peaches warm over gelato, ice cream, or yogurt, if desired.
