12 oz BimiĀ® Baby Broccoli, washed
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lemon, zested
½ cup freshly grated parmesan

12 oz Bimi® Baby Broccoli, washed

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the Bimi® Baby Broccoli onto a prepared baking sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper, and the garlic powder. Use your hands to massage the oil into the broccoli until everything is evenly coated.
- Roast the Bimi® baby broccoli for 12-15 minutes or until the Bimi® baby broccoli is fork tender but still crisp.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the freshly grated parmesan and lemon zest. Toss, serve immediately, and enjoy!
