




12 (½-inch-thick) French baguette slices
Fresh Thyme extra virgin olive oil spray
1 (4 oz.) pkg. honey-flavored soft goat cheese, room temperature
2 or 3 tsp. Fresh Thyme organic 2% reduced fat milk
1½ tsp. Fresh Thyme organic extra virgin olive oil
¾ tsp. organic white balsamic vinegar
1 cup organic strawberries, hulled and chopped
¼ cup organic mini cucumbers, sliced and quartered
Fresh Thyme organic basil, chiffonade; for garnish
Fresh Thyme 100% pure organic honey, for garnish
- For toasts, preheat broiler. Spray both sides of baguette slices with cooking spray; place on a large rimmed baking pan. Broil 5 inches from heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until toasted, turning slices over halfway through. Set aside.
- For cheese spread, in a mini food processor, place goat cheese and 2 tsp. milk. Process until smooth and creamy. If desired, add the remaining 1 tsp. milk.
- For topper, in a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add strawberries and cucumbers; toss until coated.
- To assemble, spread about 2 tsp. goat cheese mixture on each toast; top with cucumber-strawberry mixture. Garnish with chiffonade basil and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
