4 (½ -inch-thick) slices Fresh Thyme Bakery sourdough bread
2 ripe avocados, seeded and peeled
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
⅛ tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt
⅛ tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
½ cup baby spinach leaves, thinly sliced
1 cup Fresh Thyme marinated mushrooms, halved
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
4 tsp. balsamic glaze
Directions

4 (½ -inch-thick) slices Fresh Thyme Bakery seeded sourdough bread 

2 ripe avocados, seeded and peeled 

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice 

⅛ tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt 

⅛ tsp. freshly cracked black pepper 

½ cup baby spinach leaves, thinly sliced   

1 cup Fresh Thyme marinated mushrooms, halved 

1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves  

4 tsp. balsamic glaze 

 

  1. Toast bread in toaster.   
  2. In a small bowl, mash avocados, lemon juice, salt, and pepper with a fork.
  3. Spread avocado mixture on toasts.
  4. Top each toast with spinach leaves, marinated mushrooms, and thyme. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
