⅔ cup Plain Original oatmilk
1 ½ Tbsp. Chia seeds
2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Canola oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. Turmeric
½ tsp. Tapioca starch
¼ tsp. coarse salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
Directions
  1. In a bowl combine 2/3 cup oatmilk and chia seeds. Allow chia seeds to soak in oatmilk for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small food processor, combine oatmilk mixture and remaining ingredients. Process until smooth and creamy. Makes 3/4 cup.
