2 10-inch chipotle-flavored or regular tortillas
6 slices crisp-cooked pork or turkey bacon, chopped
2 green lettuce leaves, shredded
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, pitted peeled and sliced

1/2 tomato, sliced

1/2 avocado, pitted peeled and sliced

  1. Prepare Basil Mayonnaise.
  2. Top tortillas with bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado.
  3. Top with Basil Mayonnaise and roll up each tortilla to form a wrap.
  4. To serve, cut wraps in half.
  • Basil Mayonnaise: In a blender, combine 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves and 1/2 cup mayonnaise; blend until smooth. Season with Fresh Thyme fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
