2 cups steel-cut oats
1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt
1 3/4 cups milk, Fresh Thyme almond milk, or coconut milk
Directions

10 cups water

2 cups steel-cut oats

1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt

1 3/4 cups milk, Fresh Thyme almond milk, or coconut milk

Toppers, such as maple syrup, jam, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, fresh or dried fruit and/or nuts, optional

  1. Combine the water, oats and salt in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low until the oats are cooked through and creamy, about 7 to 8 hours.
  3. Stir in the milk and serve immediately. Top with desired toppers.
