Asian-Inspired Cider Mocktail

1 (16 oz.) container Fresh Thyme 100% cold-pressed apple thyme juice
2 cups refrigerated 100% apple cider
1½ tsp. organic five spice powder
2 medium mottled pluots, pitted and cut into ¼-inch wedges
1 medium Asian pear, cut into ¼-inch slices
1 medium star fruit, cut into ¼-inch slices; plus additional slices for garnish
1 (25.4 oz.) bottle Tost nonalcoholic rosé sparkling beverage, plus additional for serving Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- In a 4 qt. pitcher, add apple thyme juice, apple cider, and five spice powder; whisk together. Cover and refrigerate, if desired.
- When ready to serve, add about 4 cups ice cubes to pitcher. Add pluots, Asian pear, and star fruit. Pour in 1 bottle sparkling beverage. Serve in glasses; top off each with additional rosé, if desired. Garnish with additional star anise and rosemary, if desired.
