Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup Fresh Thyme organic maple syrup
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme coarse sea salt
½ tsp. Garam masala
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. Finely chopped Fresh Thyme rosemary
2 cups whole raw unsalted almonds
1½ cups large raw unsalted pecan halves
1½ cups roasted and salted pepitas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together butter, syrup, salt, garam masala, cayenne pepper, and rosemary. Add almonds, pecans, and pepitas; stir until coated.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until nut mixture is sticky and nuts are toasted, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Cool nut mixture completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
