¾ cup water
â…“ cup Fresh Thyme organic unrefined cane sugar
2 cups organic blackberries, plus more for garnish
3 organic mint tea bags
2 oz. fresh organic ruby red grapefruit juice
4 oz. Hiyo non-alcoholic social blackberry lemon functional seltzer tonic

Directions

¾ cup water 

â…“ cup Fresh Thyme organic unrefined cane sugar  

2 cups organic blackberries, plus more for garnish 

3 organic mint tea bags  

2 oz. fresh organic ruby red grapefruit juice  

4 oz. Hiyo non-alcoholic social blackberry lemon functional seltzer tonic  

Fresh Thyme organic mint, for garnish 

  1. For syrup, in a medium saucepan, stir together water and sugar; stir in 2 cups blackberries. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until berries are slightly softened. Slightly mash berries with the back of a fork. Return to a simmer; remove from heat. Add tea bags; cover and steep for 10 minutes.  
  2. Remove tea bags and strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve; discard pulp. Let cool, then store in refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.*  
  3. For each cocktail, in a 12 oz. cocktail glass, stir together 2 oz. grapefruit juice and 1 oz. blackberry-mint syrup. Gently stir in 4 oz. seltzer. Add crushed ice. Garnish with blackberries and mint. 
  4. *Syrup makes enough for 8 mocktails.
