Store hours vary by location. Select your home store for up-to-date hours, contact information, and directions.
If at any point, an item is unsatisfactory, we will provide a full refund for the item or exchange it for a different item. We ask that you please provide your receipt when returning an item from our Vitamin and Body Care department.
We do offer gift cards and they can be picked up in any store location.
At this time, gift cards are only available in our store locations.
We offer a 10% discount if you purchase a full case of an item. To place an order, please contact your local store directly. Please note that case discounts will not apply if the item is already on sale.
We offer food and gift card donations to 501c3 non-profit organizations on a store level. To apply for a donation, please fill out a donation request form (found in store) and return it to the store with applicable paperwork.
You can submit your products to our buyers for consideration using the Vendor Portal Page. Our buyers will look into your product and contact you directly if interested.
Fresh Thyme offers our local non-profit organizations a 5% discount on our gift cards — just like a Scrip Program. Your organization can sell the gift cards at full price to help raise funds while promoting healthy living. To get started supporting your organization, stop by your local Fresh Thyme with your 501c3 letter and any one of our friendly cashiers will be happy to help you purchase Fresh Thyme Giving Card Program gift cards.
We accept vendor coupons, as long as they are not expired or specified for use at a different retailer.
We accept EBT/food stamps/Link Cards at all our store locations, in-store only. Pickup and delivery orders are not currently eligible for EBT/food stamps/Link Cards use. 
At this time, we do not take WIC. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
We accept personal checks in all our stores. Personal Checks are not currently accepted for our pickup and delivery orders.
We’ll gladly take care of this for you on your next visit. Stop by at your earliest convenience and we’ll make sure you’re refunded for the overcharge.

Our Grand Opening store ads feature unique deals and sales as part of our Grand Opening special! This is temporary, and after a few weeks the ads will match up with the other stores in that area.
Our ads are distributed by zip code. It sounds like there may have been a distribution change in your area. We apologize for any inconvenience! You are always welcome to sign up to receive ads in your email, or view the weekly ad on our Weekly Ad page on our website.
MyThyme is our new rewards program that offers access to personalized deals, rewards, digital copies of your receipts, a shopping list feature, and so much more!
Signing up is as simple as downloading the Fresh Thyme mobile app from either the Google Play or Apple App store. You can also sign up from the Fresh Thyme website by visiting the MyThyme Loyalty page
Once you are ready to check out, simply tap on “Checkout” from within your mobile app, and your phone will present you with a personalized MyThyme barcode. When prompted by the cashier, simply hold your phone up to the scanner which will beep after it successfully reads your barcode. All coupons you have added to your shopping list will be instantly applied after scanning your MyThyme barcode.
You can always view a list of the available deals and rewards from within your mobile app or from the Fresh Thyme website. New deals and rewards can appear at any time, and some may be unique to a particular Fresh Thyme location.
Rewards are earned by purchasing a particular product a certain number of times, to earn either free products or discounts. If a reward is available, simply scan your MyThyme barcode at checkout each time you purchase a qualifying product. For example (this is not an actual reward), if you are participating in a “Buy 10 Pizzas Get 1 Free” reward, you will be able to track your progress from within your MyThyme account each time you purchase a pizza and scan your barcode at checkout.
After you’ve earned a reward, simply tap the “Redeem” button and the reward will be added to your shopping list. When you scan your MyThyme barcode at checkout, any rewards that were added to your shopping list will be automatically applied.
It can take at least 24 hours for a reward to appear within your MyThyme account after a purchase is made in-store. If you ever have questions about your reward status, simply tap the “Support” link from within the main menu of your Fresh Thyme mobile app to contact our MyThyme customer service. If you prefer to contact us online, you can choose “MyThyme” from our drop-down menu on the Fresh Thyme Contact Us page.
If you attempt to redeem a reward via our mobile app or on our website, but then that reward is not scanned by the cashier, the reward will become available again within 24 hours and your points will not be affected.
Please remember that it can take more than 24 hours for your qualified purchases to be credited to the rewards within your account. If after 24 hours you believe there is an error, please use the “Support” button found within the navigation panel on your mobile app, or send us a note online by selecting the “MyThyme” option within the drop-down menu on our Contact Us page.

If you spend over $35, we charge a pickup fee of $1.95. For orders under $35, the pickup fee is $4.95. You can take advantage of our in-store pricing on all pickup orders placed on freshthyme.com!

Not at this time. CBD products can only be purchased in-store.
Not through pick-up at this time. Alcohol products can only be purchased in-store or through a delivery service provider like DoorDash, Instacart, Shipt, or UberEats.
We do not accept paper coupons with your pickup order. However, if you purchased the order through Fresh Thyme's pickup, if you are a MyThyme member, then any Mythyme coupon that you clipped will be automatically discounted at time of payment.
Fresh Thyme Team Members are not allowed to accept tips, and their return business and good word of mouth is appreciated!
A customer’s order cannot be edited once it has been placed. If there is anything that you will need to add, please contact the store.
You can pick up your order within the selected time frame. If you are going to arrive late or need to change your order, please contact the store directly. If the store has not heard from the customer by end of day, the order will be cancelled, and return the items to the salesfloor.
Currently, pick-up times can be scheduled as far out as 2 weeks in advance.
If the timeslot you desire is not available, this means that store already has the maxiumum mount of pickup orders during that timeframe. Please choose the next available timeslot.
Temperature controlled products are placed in temperature controlled storage.
To make changes to your existing pickup order, call the store directly or message your shopper during the picking process.
A team member will message the customer asking for a preference for substitution, if applicable.
If the substitution given to you from the shopper isnot one that you like, you can return the item.
We do offer cash back at checkout – max of $40 at a staffed lane and $25 at self-checkout. The minimum is $1.00.

Delivery cost will range based on the delivery window you select. It usually ranges between $5.99 and $7.99.

Natural does mean different things when referring to different products or commodities. Some manufacturers call out specific natural claims like “no artificial ingredients or colorings,” etc. For each product, it’s best to read the packaging. On products with our label., like fresh meat or deli meats, we define natural on each label, which varies by commodity. Natural products in our bulk food department have no artificial preservatives, colorings, flavorings or sweeteners, and they are only minimally processed. So, the definition of natural varies by brand, item, commodity, etc.
We try to source locally as much as possible. We work with a variety of Midwest and US-based growers and suppliers, as well as some international partners to bring you the freshest products at great prices.
While we do carry a wide variety of organic produce in our stores, we also carry some conventional items as well. Our organic section is labeled with green signs so it’s easy to spot in the store.
Our produce is GMO-free.
When we label meat as ‘natural’, that means that it does not contain any artificial ingredients, synthetics, or antibiotics and has been minimally processed.
This means that the animals were not administered antibiotics in their feed, their water or by injection.
To be called organic meat, the animals must meet the standards in four categories set by the USDA. The four categories that the USDA is monitoring are: living conditions, feed, substances, and land.
Certified Angus Beef ® is a brand of meat created by ranchers in 1978.
Prime is the highest rating given to meat by the USDA. Prime Certified Angus Beef must meet the marbling requirements set by the USDA, as well as nine other quality standards.
Coleman Organic Chicken.
Currently, our meat partners do not track whether or not the feed is non-GMO which is in keeping current FDA guidelines. If you are looking for meat that was raised without GMO feed, you can choose USDA Organic certified meat.
Our Grass-Fed Beef is 100% Grass Fed, and the product comes from Springer Hill Grass Cattle Company.
We believe in preserving the environment as much as possible. In all of our stores, we use Go Green World Project paper products. We also offer reusable bags and recyclable/recycled paper and plastic bags as well as receptacles for used plastic bags to be recycled. We have started composting initiatives at certain stores and electricity-saving initiatives like timed lights and water faucets. Additionally, we partner with food banks at each location to ensure food waste is minimized.
Our plastic bags are made with recycled materials. We do offer paper bags at our checkout lanes, and we have reusable bags available for purchase. We also encourage customers to bring their own reusable bags to use when they shop.
The ‘farmers market’ in our name refers to the farmer’s market grocery concept. We capture the spirit of a weekend farmers market while providing the convenience of a neighborhood grocery store. We carry a variety of produce and fresh items, similar to what you’d find at a traditional farmer’s market.
