1 cup 100% fruit juice
1/2 cup chopped fruit or berries
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme honey
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. (4 envelopes) unflavored gelatin powder

Directions
1 cup 100% fruit juice*
1/2 cup chopped fruit or berries*
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme honey
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

- In a blender, combine fruit juice, chopped fruit, and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a small saucepan. Whisk in gelatin powder. Set aside for 2 to 3 minutes. Mixture will thicken.
- Place saucepan with gelatin mixture over medium heat. Heat until gelatin dissolves and texture is no longer gritty, whisking constantly. Do not boil.
- Pour into silicone molds. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours or until set. Remove from molds. Store up to one week in a covered container in the refrigerator.
- Just before serving, dip tops of gummies in sugar, if desired.

- Blueberry: Use 1 cup blueberry juice, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 Tbsp. honey, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
- Orange: Use 1 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup chopped orange segments, 1 Tbsp. honey, and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
- Note: Gelatin will not gel when using fresh pineapple juice or fresh pineapple.
