1/4 cup Fresh Thyme orange-pineapple juice blend
1/4 cup Fresh Thyme honey
6 rice papers (located in the Asian section)
4 kiwi fruits, peeled and thinly sliced
6 Bibb lettuce leaves, cut into thin strips
2 Honeycrisp or Braeburn apples, cut thinly into strips
1 1/2 cups mango slices, cut thinly into strips

1/4 cup Fresh Thyme orange-pineapple juice blend

1/4 cup Fresh Thyme honey

6 rice papers (located in the Asian section)

4 kiwi fruits, peeled and thinly sliced

6 Bibb lettuce leaves, cut into thin strips

2 Honeycrisp or Braeburn apples, cut thinly into strips

1 1/2 cups mango slices, cut thinly into strips

  1. For sauce, in a small saucepan, combine juice blend and honey. Bring to boil. Stir and remove from heat. Cool.
  2. For spring rolls, place one rice paper in a shallow dish filled with warm water for 1 minute or until soft.
  3. Gently remove paper from water and place on cutting board or clean work surface.
  4. Layer three to four kiwifruit slices in the center of softened rice paper, then top with Bibb lettuce, apple and mango.
  5. Fold bottom of rice paper over filling; fold in both sides and roll up tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining rice papers and filling. Serve with sauce.
