3 slices Fresh Thyme sliced mild cheddar cheese
9 everything-seasoned bite-size naan flatbread dippers, halved crosswise
12 thin slices English cucumber
4 slices honey and maple turkey breast, cut lengthwise into thirds
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 small butterhead lettuce leaves, midribs removed and cut lengthwise in half

3 slices Fresh Thyme sliced mild cheddar cheese

9 everything-seasoned bite-size naan flatbread dippers, halved crosswise 

12 thin slices English cucumber 

4 slices honey and maple turkey breast, cut lengthwise into thirds 

6 cherry tomatoes, halved 

6 small butterhead lettuce leaves, midribs removed and cut lengthwise in half 

  1. Cut cheese into 12 (1 1/2-inch-square) pieces; set aside.
  2. To assemble skewers, on each of 6 (4-inch) bamboo skewers, thread one piece of each in the following order: flatbread half, cheese square, cucumber slice, turkey breast strip, cherry tomato half, and lettuce half-leaf. Repeat threading each piece one more time on each skewer, ending with a flatbread half. Pack in a bento box in an insulated bag with an ice pack; serve within 4 hours.
