½ cup Fresh Thyme organic maple syrup
2 tsp. ground cardamom
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 oz. brewed Tony’s Coffee Sugar Bee Espresso
4 oz. steamed Fresh Thyme organic whole milk
Directions

CARDAMOM SIMPLE SYRUP 

½ cup Fresh Thyme organic maple syrup 

½ cup water 

2 tsp. ground cardamom 

½ tsp. ground cinnamon  

1 tsp. vanilla bean paste 

 

CARDAMOM LATTE 

2 oz. brewed Tony’s Coffee Sugar Bee Espresso 

1 oz. Cardamom Simple Syrup 

4 oz. steamed Fresh Thyme organic whole milk 

Ground cinnamon, for garnish 

  1. For syrup, in a small saucepan, stir together maple syrup, water, cardamom, cinnamon, and vanilla bean paste. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce to medium-low heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from heat; cool completely. Transfer to a tightly covered storage container; refrigerate up to 4 days. 
  2. For latte, in 1 (12-oz.) mug, add espresso and syrup. Top with steamed milk. Garnish with ground cinnamon, if desired.
