1 bottle tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot chile sauce, to taste
4 (12 oz.) bottles ale or lager, as desired
Celery sticks
Fresh Thyme cheese-stuffed olives
Directions

1 (32 oz.) bottle tomato juice

1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Hot chile sauce, to taste

4 (12 oz.) bottles ale or lager, as desired

Celery sticks, for garnish

Fresh Thyme cheese-stuffed olives, for garnish

  1. For the base, in a pitcher combine tomato juice, clam juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chile sauce. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and pour in enough base to fill glasses halfway.
  3. Top with beer and garnish each glass with a celery stick and olives on picks.
