Ingredients
1 bottle tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot chile sauce, to taste
4 (12 oz.) bottles ale or lager, as desired
Celery sticks
Fresh Thyme cheese-stuffed olives
Directions
1 (32 oz.) bottle tomato juice
1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot chile sauce, to taste
4 (12 oz.) bottles ale or lager, as desired
Celery sticks, for garnish
Fresh Thyme cheese-stuffed olives, for garnish
- For the base, in a pitcher combine tomato juice, clam juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chile sauce. Mix well and chill until ready to serve.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour in enough base to fill glasses halfway.
- Top with beer and garnish each glass with a celery stick and olives on picks.
