Beef-Lover’s Protein Pizza
A gourmet twist on pizza night! This protein packed pie features a crispy cauliflower crust topped with tender ribeye steak, creamy red pepper hummus, sweet potato, and mushrooms.

2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme extra-virgin olive oil, divided
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary, plus additional for garnish
Fresh Thyme sea salt
Fresh Thyme organic ground black pepper
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
½ cup sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup baby bella mushrooms, sliced
1 (6 oz.) grass-fed beef ribeye steak
1 (10 inch) Cauliflower pizza crust, thawed
Fresh Thyme olive oil cooking spray
2 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 cup Roasted red pepper hummus
½ cup baby spinach leaves
2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme crumbled feta cheese or goat cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. In a medium bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. olive oil and 1 Tbsp. rosemary; season with salt and pepper. Add red pepper, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms; toss until coated. Spread vegetables on a large rimmed baking pan. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until roasted.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high heat. Season steak with pepper. Cook in skillet 5 to 8 minutes or until thermometer inserted near center registers 145°F for medium-rare doneness, turning once halfway through. Cut steak into thin bite-size strips; set aside.
- Spray edges of pizza crust with cooking spray. Sprinkle with chia seeds. Spread hummus on pizza crust. Top with roasted vegetables and steak strips. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with spinach, cheese, and additional rosemary before serving.
