Slice beets thinly for these chips and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Bake in the oven or an air fryer.

Ingredients
3 medium beets (red and/or golden)
Fresh Thyme garlic olive oil spray
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme Everything Bagel Mix
1/2 tsp. Fresh Thyme ground ginger
1/4 tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Rinse beets and scrub clean; cut beets into
- 1/16-inch slices using a mandoline or sharp knife. Pat dry with paper towels; place sliced beets in a single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Spray beets with garlic olive oil spray.
- In a small bowl, combine Everything Bagel Mix, ginger, salt, and coriander. Sprinkle over beet chips.
- Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until crisp. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- Air Fryer option: Pat sliced beets dry with paper towels. Preheat air fryer to 320°F. Continue with steps 3 and 4. Place beet slices in air fryer, working in batches as needed, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until crisp.
