- For blackberry balsamic, in a small food processor, place 1 cup blackberries, balsamic glaze, and lime juice; cover and process until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a small serving bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To assemble skewers, thread 24 blackberries, basil leaves, and mozzarella ciliegine balls evenly among 12 (4-inch) bamboo skewers.
- To serve, drizzle skewers with blackberry balsamic and garnish with lime zest and black pepper, if desired. Serve with additional blackberry balsamic. Store remaining blackberry balsamic in refrigerator.
