Fresh Thyme olive oil cooking spray
1 (2 lb.) flank steak
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt, divided
3/4 tsp. Fresh Thyme black pepper, divided
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh sage
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/3 cup Fresh Thyme extra virgin olive oil

Fresh Thyme olive oil cooking spray

1 (2 lb.) flank steak

1 tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt, divided

3/4 tsp. Fresh Thyme black pepper, divided

2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh sage

2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives

2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. crushed red pepper

1/3 cup Fresh Thyme extra virgin olive oil

  1. Let steak stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill, for direct medium heat. Coat grate with cooking spray.
  3. Season steak with ½ tsp. salt and ½ tsp. pepper.
  4. Grill, covered, to desired doneness, turning once. Allow 14 minutes for medium rare (160°F).
  5. Meanwhile, on a large cutting board, sprinkle surface evenly with fresh herbs, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, and remaining black pepper.
  6. Drizzle oil over top of fresh herb mixture.
  7. Remove steak and place on oil mixture, turning several times to coat thoroughly.
  8. Cut steak against the grain into thin slices and serve immediately.
