Tropical Smoothie
This creamy, nutrient dense smoothie will delight the senses. A blend of frozen fruits, banana and organic coconut chips make this a decadent and refreshing tropical treat.

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Fresh Thyme tropical blend frozen fruit
1 cup Fresh Thyme frozen whole strawberries
1 banana, cut up
1½ cups oat milk
1 cup Fresh Thyme orange juice
Fresh Thyme organic coconut chips, toasted, for garnish
Whole flaxseeds, for garnish
Directions
- Place frozen fruits, banana, oat milk, and orange juice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture among 4 (16 oz.) freezer-safe containers (see below) and freeze.
- To serve, place smoothie in the refrigerator to thaw overnight. Drink smoothie from its jar or pour into a glass. Garnish with coconut chips and flaxseeds, if desired.
