Crispy chips simmered in botana sauce, topped with eggs, avocado, cotija, and cilantro for an easy, flavor-packed brunch.

Ingredients
1/2 bag of tortilla chips
1 bottle of Siete Traditional Botana Sauce
4 Fresh Thyme Market cage free eggs
1/2 cup of crumbled cojita cheese
1/4 red onion
1/2 ripe avocado
Cilantro

1/2 bag of tortilla chips
1 bottle of Siete Traditional Botana Sauce
4 Fresh Thyme Market cage free eggs
1/2 cup of crumbled cojita cheese
1/4 red onion, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 ripe avocado, cut into bite size pieces
Cilantro
- Heat grill on medium heat and set grill pan directly onto the grill
- Add the entire bottle of botana sauce into the bottom of the grill pan and allow to heat for 3 minutes until bubbly
- Add 1/2 a bag of tortilla chips and drench in sauce, drop 1 egg into each corner of the grill pan. Cover and grill for 5-7 miniutes until the egg whites are set
- Top with cheese, red onion and avocado. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
