Ingredients
3 lemons
1/2 cup Old Bay seasoning
8 whole garlic cloves, smashed
1 yellow onion, cut into quarters
1-pound small red potatoes, cut in half
4 ears fresh corn, each cut into 3 equal pieces
2-pounds crab legs
1-pound Fresh Thyme Market smoked Andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch-thick pieces
2- pounds raw shrimp, peeled with the tail intact
3 tablespoons Fresh Thyme Market unsalted butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Take 2 lemons and cut into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges and set aside.
  2. Fill a large stock pot with 14-16 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water with the Old Bay seasoning, smashed garlic and quartered onion. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the cut potatoes and cook for 8 additional minutes.
  4. Add the crab and corn and cook for 5 additional minutes.
  5. Add the shrimp and sausage and cook for 2-3 additional minutes.
  6. While the crab boil is cooking. Melt 3 tbsp. butter in a small bowl and set aside.
  7. Drain the crab boil mixture. Keep 1 cup of broth and add to the melted butter. Mix well.
  8. Pour the broth and butter mixture over the crab boil and mix well.
  9. Top with chopped parsley, lemon wedges and a pinch of Old Bay seasoning and enjoy!
