Ingredients
½ cup Fresh Thyme extra virgin olive oil, plus more, as needed
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
4 ears fresh sweet corn, husks tied back and silk removed
Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Coat grate with oil.","For the baste, in a small bowl, combine the ½ cup oil, cheese, zest, juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper.
