2 cups packed organic baby spinach 

½ frozen ripe banana 

1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme almond butter 

1 Tbsp. Manitoba Harvest organic ground flaxseed 

1 cup ice

  1. In 1 (20-oz.) glass, spread coconut whipped topping on the inside of the glass, creating clouds; freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in a blender, place coconut milk, yogurt alternative, baby spinach, frozen banana, almond butter, ground flaxseed, and ice; cover and blend until smooth. Add matcha protein powder; cover and blend until combined and creamy.
  3. Pour smoothie into prepared glass; serve immediately.
