Ted's Lemon Thyme Toddy

2 heaping Tbsp Savannah Bee Company Whipped Honey with Lemon
1 large sprig of thyme, plus more for garnish
2 lemons, 2 thin slices removed and the rest juiced
2 oz bourbon or rum, optional
Directions
- In a small saucepan, add 2 cups water and heat until just lightly simmering.
- Stir in whipped honey. Remove from heat and add thyme. Cover and allow to steep for 10 minutes.
- Return to low heat and add lemon juice and bourbon.
- Serve warm and garnish with the reserved lemon slices and thyme.
