Ingredients
4 lemons, peeled
2 small oranges, peeled
¼ cup chopped gingerroot
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme ground turmeric
½ tsp. Fresh Thyme avocado oil
¼ tsp. Fresh Thyme organic whole black peppercorns
½ cup cold water
1 lemon, thinly sliced, seeded, and quartered
1 mint tea bag
Boiling water, for serving
Directions

4 lemons, peeled  

2 small oranges, peeled 

¼ cup chopped gingerroot  

1 tsp. Fresh Thyme ground turmeric 

½ tsp. Fresh Thyme avocado oil 

¼ tsp. Fresh Thyme organic whole black peppercorns  

½ cup cold water 

1 lemon, thinly sliced, seeded, and quartered 

1 mint tea bag 

Boiling water, for serving 

  1. Cut up lemons and oranges into large chunks. In a blender, place citrus fruits, gingerroot, turmeric, avocado oil and peppercorns; add cold water. Cover and blend until smooth.   
  2. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve set over a large bowl; discard strained pulp mixture. Pour juice mixture evenly into an ice cube tray with 1-inch-square compartments. Add a quarter slice of lemon to each compartment. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until frozen. 
  3. To serve, place mint tea bag and 1 cube in a 16 oz. mug. Slowly pour boiling water into mug. Stir occasionally until cube melts.
