1 (5-oz.) Fresh Thyme organic whole wheat pizza crust
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme extra virgin olive oil, plus more for topping
1 (5-6 oz.) chicken breast half, cut into thin strips
1 tsp. red pepper flakes, plus more for topping
2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
Fresh Thyme fine sea salt, to taste
Fresh Thyme ground black pepper, to taste
1½ cups Fresh Thyme shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place crust on prepared baking sheet. Bake crust for 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and red pepper flakes and cook 10 minutes. Add broccoli and bell pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on pizza crust. Top with chicken mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
  5. Sprinkle pizza with additional red pepper flakes and Parmesan; drizzle with olive oil. To serve, cut pizza into eight slices.
