2 grapefruit, halved
4 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme honey
1 banana
4 Tbsp. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
4 tsp. chopped pistachio nuts

  1. Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with foil; set aside. Place grapefruit, cut sides up, on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with honey.
  2. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut banana into ¼-inch-thick slices. Top each grapefruit with yogurt, banana slices, pistachios, and additional honey (if desired).
