5 mandarins, peeled, segmented, and chopped
1 grapefruit, peeled, segmented, and chopped
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 jalapeño pepper,* seeded and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped white onion
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
½ tsp. Fresh Thyme organic chili powder

Fresh Thyme fine sea salt, to taste
Cauliflower tortilla chips, for serving

- In a medium bowl, combine mandarin zest, mandarins, grapefruit, avocado, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, chili powder, and white pepper. Season to taste with salt.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with cauliflower tortilla chips and jicama.
