Ingredients
1 tsp. vegetable shortening, for greasing
1 (12-oz.) pkg. semisweet or dark chocolate morsels
1 tsp. coconut oil
2½ cups crispy rice cereal
½ cup unsweetened cocoa nibs
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts
¼ cup Fresh Thyme chocolate-hazelnut spread, melted
Directions
  1. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate and coconut oil and microwave on high (100% power) until mixture is melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Add cereal, cocoa nibs and vanilla to chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Press mixture into prepared baking pan; sprinkle with hazelnuts and drizzle with chocolate-hazelnut spread.
  4. Refrigerate uncut bars 30 minutes; let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before cutting.
