Ingredients
1 lb. fresh green beans
8 slices Fresh Thyme peppered bacon
1/4 cup Fresh Thyme pickled mushrooms, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme organic maple syrup
2 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme canola oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme stone-ground mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
  1. In a large saucepan, cook green beans, uncovered, in boiling water over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400ËšF. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil. Arrange bacon in a single layer on foil. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is cooked but not crispy. Drain bacon on paper towels. Remove and discard foil and drippings from pan.
  3. Once baking pan has cooled slightly, divide green beans into eight bundles; place on pan. Wrap each bundle with a bacon strip, securing with a wooden toothpick.
  4. In a small bowl, combine mushrooms, maple syrup, oil, vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Brush mixture over green bean bundles.
  5. Bake green bean bundles for 10 to 12 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
