


Raspberry-Glazed Spiral Ham
Sweet raspberry preserves lend a festive flair to this easy holiday ham glaze. Use leftover glaze as a spread for turkey sandwiches.

Raspberry-Glazed Spiral Ham

Ingredients
1 (7 to 9 lb.) fully cooked spiral-sliced bone-in half ham
1 (10.5 oz.) jar Fresh Thyme raspberry preserves
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme stone-ground mustard
1 Tbsp. Ancho chile powder
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
Fresh raspberries, for garnish; optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham and its juices directly on a foil-lined roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, combine raspberry preserves, lemon juice, mustard, chile powder, and 1 tsp. fresh thyme. Spoon half of glaze evenly over ham. Return ham to oven and bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes more or until an instant-read thermometer registers 140°F. Remove ham from oven; cover with foil and let stand for 20 minutes for easier carving.
- Serve ham with remaining raspberry sauce and garnish with thyme sprigs and fresh raspberries, if desired.
