1 sweet red apple, such as Honeycrisp
1/4 cup Fresh Thyme Chocolate Hazelnut spread
Kitchen twine or rubber band
Chopped walnuts, optional
Directions
- Cut apple in half. Scoop out core with a melon baller.
- Fill with chocolate-hazelnut spread. Put apple together and carefully cut into six wedges. Holding apple together, secure with kitchen twine or rubber band until ready to serve.
- Remove twine, pull apart apple wedges, and reapply spread as needed.
- Serve wedges sprinkled with chopped walnuts, if desired.
