Ingredients
1 (12-oz.) pkg. semisweet or dark chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups total chopped dried fruit, see below for ideas
Dried apricots
Dried pineapple
Dried cranberries
Dried mango
Coconut flakes, sweetened or unsweetened based on preference
1 Tbsp. dried lavender flower buds, optional
Directions
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high (100% power) until melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a thin layer about 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with dried fruit and, if desired, dried lavender. Let stand for 1 hour or until chocolate is solid. To serve, break chocolate into pieces.
