Ingredients
1 cup Fresh Thyme organic cane sugar
1 cup water
½ (.08 oz.) pkg. fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
1 (32 oz.) Natalie’s blood orange juice
2 (8 oz.) De Soi Golden Hour zesty sparkling non-alcoholic aperitif
2 cups Fresh Thyme citrus-flavor sparkling mineral water
Assorted fresh citrus fruit, for garnish
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Simmer, uncovered for 3 minutes. Add thyme. Reduce heat; gently simmer for 3 to 4 minutes more or until fragrant. Remove from heat; cool completely. Strain into a large pitcher. Discard thyme.
- Add blood orange juice, aperitif, and sparkling water to the pitcher; stir. Fill 12 ice-filled glasses; garnish with citrus slices and thyme.
