These honey nut bars use simple ingredients to create a sweet, sticky, and crunchy treat that comes together in minutes!

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
4 cups Fresh Thyme salted mixed nuts, roughly chopped
¾ cup Fresh Thyme honey, warmed slightly
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. Fresh Thyme ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, stir together nuts, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Press mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 30 minutes; remove from oven and cool completely. Use foil to lift cool uncut bars from pan; place on large cutting board. Cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
