Radish chips
Shredded carrots
Mini sweet peppers
Black beans, optional
Cheese, optional

Directions
- Add 2 tbsp. of your favorite vinaigrette dressing to the bottom of the jar.
- Add crisp veggies like radishes, carrots and bell peppers to soak up the dressing and pickle themselves.
- Layer softer veggies like beans or softer proteins like eggs or cheese.
- Add your most substantial ingredient like chicken, tuna, tofu or brown rice.
- Add your dark leafy greens and if your feeling adventurous top with nuts or seeds for a crunch.
