3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
6 pita wraps
1 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought; recommend Cava or Cedar’s for clean options)
1 cup of hummus
2-3 hearts of romaine
1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese (recommend Organic Valley or Rumiano)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Dill for garnish

1 tsp kosher salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought; recommend Cava or Cedar’s for clean

options)

1 cup of hummus

2-3 hearts of romaine

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (recommend Organic Valley or Rumiano)

Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper or pour in your favorite dressing.
  2. Add beef, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30-2 hours.
  3. Turn on grill to high heat (Gas or Charcoal). Cook beef to 130 internal temperature for a medium finish
  4. Warm pita breads on grill
  5. Spread each with a spoonful of tzatziki and hummus
  6. Slice beef into strips or cubes (Cutting across the grain)
  7. Place veggies on top
  8. Sprinkle with feta and fresh herbs
  9. Fold pitas and serve immediately with extra tzatziki on the side
