3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. lemon zest
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. Fresh Thyme fine sea salt
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
4 ears fresh sweet corn, husks tied back and silk removed

4 ears fresh sweet corn, husks tied back and silk removed

  1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Coat grate with oil.","For the baste, in a small bowl, combine the ½ cup oil, cheese, zest, juice, parsley, garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper.
  2. Brush corn with baste. Cook corn on grill 10 minutes or until beginning to brown on all sides, basting several times and turning occasionally. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
